July 1, 2011 - WWETCO will be exhibiting with WesTech Engineering, Inc. at the Annual Water Environment Federation Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA, October 17–19.
The WWETCO FlexFilter™ will be featured in a WEFTEC conference paper, with a focus on improving and simplifying wet weather treatment.

December 28th, 2010 - WesTech has acquired WWETCO, LLC, of Atlanta, GA. The acquisition became effective as of December 28, 2010. The acquisition of WWETCO creates a partnership that will help to better advance WWETCO technologies.

Although wholly owned by WesTech, WWETCO will continue to function as an independently operated company.
